Yard Sales, Again!

After getting off work yesterday morning, we went to a few yard sales.  Hubby found some puzzles. he loves puzzles.  Youngest son found a couple of CD’s.  And I found some Making Memories magazines, an unused journal and some piggy earrings.  I tried to duplicate the earrings in polymer clay.  Not too bad for a first attempt.

The Weather Has Not Been Cooperating

The weather here has been awful.  It is either storming or too hot to breathe!  It’s usually in the mid to high 90’s in the morning and raining and storming in the afternoon.  I haven’t been able to get any good pictures lately.  Some I have taken were, for lack of a better word, crap.  Gas prices prevent me from making unnecessary trips anywhere to get some good shots.  Not to mention work, but it’s been incredibly busy.  Nursing home work ain’t easy!

We hope to be able to go to Bellinggrath Gardens next month.  I should be able to get some good pics there.  It’s a beautiful place any time of year.
